Eligibility Quote

  1. Two copies of passport size photographs of borrower and guarantor.
  2. Proof of residence, Ration card/Telephone bill/electricity bill/voters ID Card/passport/driving license.
  3. Letter from employer, stating your designation and how long you are Serving in that organization.
  4. Latest 3 Months salary certificate showing all the deductions and earning.
  5. TDS certificate on form 16 and copies of acknowledgment issued by Income Tax Department, on filing of returns for last two years.
  6. Verification of your and guarantor’s signature from your Banker.
  7. Statement of your Bank A/.c. for the last six months.
  8. Irrevocable letter of authority from the borrower to his employer.
  9. Letter from employer to the Bank
  10.  Authority letter from borrower to Bank for standing instructions and  also stating that he will keep sufficient balance in his Savings Bank A/c. for this Purpose.
  11.  Loan Repayment Track Record ( If Any)

Property Documents:

  1. Agreement of sale
  2. Construction Agreement
  3. Sale Deed Draft Copy
  4. E.C for Flat or Villa
  5. Sanction Plan Copy & Layout Copy
  6. Margin money Receipt.
  7. Builder NOC,
  8. Demand Letter.
  9. Trip arties agreement.

List of documents for SELF EMPLOYEE:

  1. Applicant & Co-Applicant Photographs
  2. ID Proof, AGE Proof (Pan Card, Driving License, Etc.
  3. Ration Card
  4. Address Proof (Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Gas Bill, etc.
  5. Business Address Proof
  6. Firm Registration Certificate / Incorporation Certificate
  7. MOA & AOA ( for PVT LTD, LTD Company)
  8. Partnership Deed (In case of Partnership Firm)
  9. 3 Yrs ITRs with Schedules (P&L A/c, Computation of Income, and Balance Sheet) attested with CA.
  10. 1 Year Bank Statement ( Current & Savings)
  11. Loan Repayment Track Record ( If Any)
  12. Repayment Track Record From concern Bank
  13. Current Out Standing Letter

For NRIs/PIOs:

  1. Copies of passport/Visa
  2. Work permit/Job contract/appointment order
  3. Special power of attorney as per bank format duly executed in the presence of the officials of the embassy and adjudicated in India.
  4. 3 months latest salary certificate with deductions/ITR for 3 years
  5. F/C account statement for the last 2 yrs
  6. Statement of SB account for the last 2 years
  7. Proof of margin money from NRE/NRO account
  8. Declaration that the house/flat shall be used for own use on return from abroad
  9. Declaration regarding proposed period of stay in abroad to be submitted.
